Paradiddle Diddle Exercise Inspired by Final Fantasy X

Let's take a look at a paradiddle diddle exercise inspired by the video game, Final Fantasy X. It is 2 paradiddle diddles followed by 3 paradiddles, then start the exercise again on the opposite hand. Let's go through three ways of practicing this exercise. The first way is accenting the 1st note of each paradiddle diddle and paradiddle, the second way is playing with no accents, and the third way is accenting only the diddles. I get inspiration for drumming from video games and video game soundtracks and video game music. I encourage you to listen differently, think differently, and play differently, so when the opportunity comes, you will be able to be more open in how you play!
